Song of Christ

Phililippians 5 Have this mind among yourselves, which was in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God,[a] did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself,[b] taking the form of a servant,[c] being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every name,10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Veils

While preparing for moving & entrance I've been going through old photos. I realized this will not be the 1st time I've worn a white veil! Though I won't wear a veil right away, not for about 2 years...and this one will be permanent and more modest (minus a tiara, and rhinestones) you get the idea. It's exciting to think about)!! :)

Sacred Heart of Jesus

I bought my first purchase for my new room a couple weeks ago...and it arrived today!! I can bring a crucifix, religious statue or wall hanging (no larger than 8x10) for my room. I have a crucifix already, but I did not have the other item, until today! I ordered an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus called, "For God So Loved the World" .

When I was visiting the sisters in March, we prayed the consecration to the Sacred Heart and this portion of the prayer I copied in my journal afterwards;

...look at the humility of God,
and pour out your hearts before Him!
Humble yourselves
that you may be exalted by Him!
Hold back nothing of yourselves for yourselves,
that He Who gives Himself totally to you
may receive you totally!

Come to the River

(ENTRANCE ANTIPHON) All who are thirsty, come to the waters, says the Lord. Though you have no money, come and drink with joy.
